I received the best service ever from Dan at The Watchworks. Dan treated me and my watch like he was working on the Paul Newman Rolex Daytona! He took a lot of extra time showing me how to wind and set my watch including clearly written instructions. He is a friendly and honest guy and just makes you feel good about doing business there.

I don't think 5 stars is enough to express my gratitude to the guys at the watch works. They have serviced a couple of high end watches one of which also needed repair. They were timely and professional. I would highly recommend and will definitely utilize their services in the future.

I purchased an Invicta watch on a cruise ship. The watch did not fit my wrist very well. It was way to big. Duane took just a matter of minutes to size it for me and he also put a new battery in another watch and set the timer back so I could use it again. The friendliness and service at the Watchworks is amazing. Duane and his shop is a hidden jem.

My son-in-law owns a pocket watch that has been in his family for four generations. He and my daughter live in Texas and he couldn’t find anyone local to repair it. He asked if we could find someone in our area who might be able to fix it. A jeweler in Plainwell recommended Duane, and I couldn’t be more pleased! Not only is the watch working again, but Duane was kind enough to explain some of the finer points of maintaining the watch. I highly recommend The Watchworks!

My wife needed a new battery for her watch. Realizing that I could not remove the back of the watch to do the replacement, I did a quick Google search and found WatchWorks. The store is next to a fabric store in a strip mall next to Airport Drive (the strip mall has a Bigby Coffee, so it's easy to find). I was in and out in a matter of minutes, and my wife has a working watch again. Highly recommended (I was also the first to review on Yelp).
